Carl Loux's Chili
Ingredents:
1 Large onion chopped
4 (15oz) cans Tomato sauce
4 Beef Bouillion cubes
2 Cups Water
3 Pounds of ground sirloin
1/2 tsp Paprika
3-1/2 Tblsp Chili Powder
3 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Powder
1-1/2 Tblsp Cocoa Powder
1-1/2 Tblsp Cinnamon
1 Tblsp Dried Chopped Onion
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Basil Leaf
1/2 tsp Parsley flakes
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
4 Tblsp Sugar
1 Tblsp Honey
Directions:
Brown ground sirloin and drain.
Combine other ingredients in a large pot on low heat.
Add meat.
Cook on low heat for approximately 1 hour, stirring regularly.
